Mrs. Chang is the office manager of the practice. She is originally from Peru where she earned her degree in odontology and met Dr. Chang during her studies. Her hobbies include gardening, baking, and spending time with her family. She also loves to cook! Her favorite flowers are orchids and she also enjoys designing floral arrangements. 

Karlee is a Florida native and Eustis High School alumni. She started her healthcare career in 2012 as a Certified Nursing Assistant where she found her passion for geriatrics working in a surgical rehabilitation center. From there, she worked her way through nursing school and became a Licensed Practical Nurse in 2015.  In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their son Murphy, a Belgian Malinois. She also loves refinishing furniture for their first home, watching movies, and dark roast coffee. 

Cristina started working as the front desk receptionist on May 2018. She moved to the state of Florida from Puerto Rico when she was 12 years old. She has obtained her Associate in Arts Degree from Valencia College in Orlando, FL. She is currently attending the University of Central Florida pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She is tech savvy and loves anything to do with technology and design. She loves her dog Birdie and her cat Gatum. On her spare time, she likes to work on cars with her father, spend time with her family, and watch Marvel movies.

Karlee, LPN

Toni has been a part of the staff since March 2019. She is from Gallipolis, Ohio, and has been living in Florida for over 30 years. She is married with three grown children, three grandchildren (2 more are on the way!), a precious golden retriever, Thor, and an evil cat, Mynx. She loves to

spend time with her family, swim, and go shopping.

Dr. Chang received his medical degree from Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal in Lima, Peru. After completing his medical training Dr. Chang practiced as an Emergency Room Physician for over two years. ​


He moved to the United States in 1993 to pursue his Internship at The Union Memorial Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1996 he completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at St. Luke's Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. In addition, he completed his

​Fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of South Florida.​​​​

Stephanie has been a part of our staff since November 2018. She is originally from Bogotá, Colombia and moved to the states when she was 17 years old. She has earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Central Florida in Psychology which was obtained in 2018. She loves dogs, especially her West Highlander Terrier, Benji. She also likes baking, dancing, reading, and watching documentaries. 

Mrs. Chang, Office Manager

Dr. Chang has been in practice in the Central Florida area since 1998. He is actively engaged in hospital activities and multiple committees, having served as vice-chief of the Medicine Department. Dr. Chang currently serves as the chair of the Medication Management Committee while giving back to the community as a volunteer at the St. Luke's Clinic for several years. He is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Geriatric Society. 


When not working, Dr. Chang enjoys spending time with his wife Patricia and their daughters, relaxing with friends and watching as well as playing soccer. Other interests include computers, music and photography and, of course, cooking.
